Monday - Friday; 9:00 am - 5:00 pm


Salary & Benefits

Role:
Delivery Consultant.


Salary:
£21,000 - £24,000 per annum.


Bonus
Scheme available

Days: 4 or 5 day week offered. (4-day week after a successful probation period).


Annual Leave: 5 weeks annual leave, plus bank holidays.

Job Overview


Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with GVC as our newest resourcing superstar? Located just 2 minutes from junction 29 of the M5, our office offers convenient accessibility and provides free on-site parking for your convenience.

Joining our thriving recruitment team in an expansion role, you'll play a pivotal part in recruiting veterinary professionals across the UK and Europe.

GVC is currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Locum team immediately.

While prior experience in a recruitment setting, be it agency or internal talent acquisition, is desirable, it's not mandatory for all applicants, as we offer comprehensive on-the-job training during the onboarding process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct a substantial volume of outbound phone calls per day).
  • Engage in daily activity on LinkedIn to attract new applicants.
  • Advertise vacancies on behalf of the Consultants.
  • Screen prospective job applicants to assess their skills and qualifications.
  • Record job applicants' CVs and contact details in the company database for future reference.

Skills and experience:


  • Experience in recruitment or a related field preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
