MJM Industrial is currently recruiting for a Stores Person to assist our 'Onsite Customer Service Manager' to provide prompt and courteous service to our customers at our Watford Site.
This position is a long term ongoing contract and/or permanent role.RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful Stores Person will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Daily checking, recording, updating, and issuing stock items.
- Receiving and checking deliveries.
- Booking in stock orders and nonPO receipts.
- Invoice queries, find and send proof to relevant persons.
- Order authorised nonstock items and report cost saving opportunities.
- Price up store's reorder items.
- General housekeeping.
- Help improve the processes relating to the Organisations Quality Management System and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with Health and Safety Procedures and regulations.
YOUR BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- Outgoing with a 'yes' attitude and desire to succeed
- Flexible
- Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail.
- Prioritise tasks quickly.
- Good customer or client focus
- Be able to work autonomously and as a team player.
- Good time management
- Engineering stores experience or transferable skills
- Forklift Licence
Salary dependent upon experience.
This role is NOT eligible for sponsorship or visa sponsorship.
