Assistant Housing Officer

Cambridge CB2

Pay Rate = £16 per hour

Start Date:
ASAP

End Date: 13th May 2024

Role and Responsibilities:


  • Conducting site inspections and garage inspections
  • Managing keys for garages
  • Arranging and completing signups for garage and parking tenants
  • Arranging and completing the end of garage / parking tenancies
  • Arranging payment plans with current tenants / former tenants with arreats
  • Completing refunds where appropriate
  • Assist with garage decants and developments
  • Assist with parking strategy across the city
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Lead on Section 41 notices
  • Assist with new development sites with garages and parking
