Clinical Negligence Solicitors at all levels from NQ to Partners are required for this leading and award-winning International commercial law firm based in Manchester city centre.


Role Overview


In joining this legal firm as a clinical negligence solicitor, you will become part of an established national practice recognised as a market leader in defendant work.


My clients Heath litigation team is looking for an associate solicitor to join them to run a full caseload of clinical negligence claims for NHS Resolution (formerly NHS Litigation Authority), NHS Trusts and other medical malpractice clients.

The firm is seeking clinical negligence solicitors from NQ through to partner level who can demonstrate:

  • Prior experience working on defendant clinical negligence work as a trainee or post qualification
  • Ideally experienced in running own files (you will be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload)
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • A real passion for developing a career in this area of work
