Prime Appointments are currently looking for a Production Operative to work near Maldon for a Manufacturing and production company they are a smaller family run engineering business looking to expand the team.

This Production Operative role is a Permanent position.


Your day-to-day duties will include:


  • Assisting machine operatives
  • Following work order sheets
  • Packing finished products
  • Supporting other areas of the business when needed including the warehouse
  • Happy to muck in where needed and complete multiple tasks through the day
  • Physically fit and able
  • Willing to learn and grow

Benefits:


  • Annual bonus scheme
  • Company sick pay once completed probation
  • Shift allowance
  • Holiday starts at 20 days rising to 25 days with time spent

Pay rate and working hours:


  • Salary starts at £21,682 with a shift allowance when working the shift
  • Monday to Friday 07:1 15:45 or 12:1 20:45
