Description

The success as Head of Commercial for this award-winning luxury high-performing skincare brand depends on your ability to blend experience, brand strategy, and commercial vision both on a domestic and international level.

You'll need to have proven experience in the luxury beauty market and be adept at developing wholesale partnerships.


Responsibilities

  • Undertake the management of key accounts, ensuring target and profit expectations are met
  • Handle strong and durable key client relationships with retail partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations of set accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Track spending and ROI within budget parameters undertaking forecasting
  • Analyse retail reports for the region to optimize performance and identify key areas of opportunity, including stock holding analysis.
  • Help to provide the necessary documentation to clients requiring registration information for new launches or new markets

Experience

  • Experience in senior account management within the beauty industry
