Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Pensions Administrator to join a nationwide leading logistics business based in Sheffield.

Due to growth the business are now looking for extra support within the newly created team initially based in Sheffield butonly require attending the office 1 day per week following completion of the initial training period.

Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Pensions Administrator to join a nationwide leading logistics business based in Sheffield.

Description
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain accurate pensions records
Provide accurate data and information to external pension providers
Provide an effective and efficient pension administration service
Efficiently and precisely process documents
Handle visitor inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate person
Compose, type, and distribute staff meeting notes and routine correspondence
Perform various calculations around benefits etc

Profile

Have previous experience as a pensions administrator within a large organisation
Have excellent knowledge of data handling and the use of excel
Have the ability to explain complex pension issues in a clear way
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines

Job Offer
£24,000 - £27,000 (DOE) + Full Pension qualification study support + 33 hour working week (can be worked across 4 days) + Flexible start and finish times + Hybrid working (1 day a week in the office after initial training period days holiday plusbanks + Easily accessible from Sheffield train and bus station
