Description
Canny Crafty is an independent family run pottery painting, party venue and print capturing business.We're looking for a self starter with a real vibrancy, who is confident, outgoing and has experience delivering exceptional customer experiences, that can be transferred into our unique industry.
This is a full- time vacancy including weekdays and weekends including school holidays with the occasional evening. Averaging 30 hrs per week on a rota basis.
Responsibilities & Attributes
- Interacting with our customers, building a rapport.
- Delivering a great customer experience every time.
- General cleaning duties.
- Able to work unsupervised, managing a small team.
- POS and cash handling.
- Party & event coordination.
- Managing stock levels and order placing.
- Management of glazing and firing processes (full training given).
- Supporting delivery of parties and events at the studio or externally where required.
- Taking payments, answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries/ bookings politely and efficiently.
- Able to work with babies, small children and furbabies to capture hand and footprints. (Full training given)
- Able to work to the needs of the business and adapt to work flexibly when required.
- 1 year + customer service experience.
- An interest in arts and crafts desirable.
