Description
Canny Crafty is an independent family run pottery painting, party venue and print capturing business.

We're looking for a self starter with a real vibrancy, who is confident, outgoing and has experience delivering exceptional customer experiences, that can be transferred into our unique industry.

This is a full
- time vacancy including weekdays and weekends including school holidays with the occasional evening. Averaging 30 hrs per week on a rota basis.


Responsibilities & Attributes

  • Interacting with our customers, building a rapport.
  • Delivering a great customer experience every time.
  • General cleaning duties.
  • Able to work unsupervised, managing a small team.
  • POS and cash handling.
  • Party & event coordination.
  • Managing stock levels and order placing.
  • Management of glazing and firing processes (full training given).
  • Supporting delivery of parties and events at the studio or externally where required.
  • Taking payments, answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries/ bookings politely and efficiently.
  • Able to work with babies, small children and furbabies to capture hand and footprints. (Full training given)
  • Able to work to the needs of the business and adapt to work flexibly when required.
  • 1 year + customer service experience.
  • An interest in arts and crafts desirable.
