This is a highly desirable role if you are looking for a customer service/coordinator role as a Supply Chain Coordinator, are looking to really get involved into the supply and coordination of produce to our customers.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator you will be working shoulder to shoulder with the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, other team members and our Spanish colleagues.
You will be eager to develop, make your mark, have a love for working within and creating efficient systems and have lots of energy and personality to coordinate all our customer needs from order receipt through to delivery.
About the role:
- Order processing through SAP
- Monitoring stock availability
- Delivery Creation
- Booking of transport for UK deliveries
- Stock transfers
- Liaison with customs clearance agencies to manage inbound stock
- Stock management
- Receipting of stock into 3rd party warehouses
- Batching of orders
- Invoice matching
- Customer reporting and stock level management
- Stock reconciliation ensure systems are aligned at all times
- Working as part of a team and assisting colleagues with tasks as required
About you:
You may already be in a supply chain/customer service/coordinator type role. You will be managing all the processes from order receipt to delivery and everything in between. You will be adaptable, be able to jump in and out of customer orders and issues. You'll be looking for a role that you can really own, have attention to detail and evolve/change with it. If you have experience of SAP then great, although this is not essential. If you have the customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Knowledge, Experience and qualifications
- Customer service/coordination experience in a similar environment
- Use of CRM systems to manage workflows (SAP desirable but not essential)
- Qualifications at level 3 or above or equivalent level of experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Accurate data inputting and ability to interpret figures
