Finance Manager - PE backed SaaS

Hybrid working model

£60k +


Talentedge have been exclusively engaged by a high growth, PE backed SaaS business to hire a newly qualified accountant into the role of Finance Manager.

This growing company is looking for to add to the team to assist the company and act as a valuable memberof the team through an exciting period of growth.


You'll be perfect for this role if you are seeking a commercial yet technical finance role, as well as direct exposure to partnering with cross departmental business units.

This role would suit someone looking to make their first or second move within Industry.

Key responsibilities to include for your business unit / product line:

  • Preparation of month end pack
  • Partner with key stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and planning
  • KPI analysis
  • Oversee an Assistant Management Accountant who is responsible for supporting at month end as well as transactional finance (AP / AR / credit control etc)
  • Continually look for ways to improve efficiencies and automation within processes and controls

Profile:


  • Qualified Accountant with relevant PQE
  • Experience of working within a high growth tech environment, or if coming straight from practice then having experience of working with these businesses as clients
  • Xero experience is advantageous however nonessential
  • Effective communicator, comfortable working with teams across the business
