A rare oppoprtunity has arisen within a superbly run Chartered Wealth practice based in smart, very friendly offices based close to Ipswich.


The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to an IFA practice who offer unparalleled service to their clients.

You will provide support to a small team, including Financial Advisers and clients.


You will contribute to the success of the company overall and adhere to all internal compliance standards and administration procedures ensuring that client satisfaction is of the highest standard throughout all contact with clients and colleagues.


Your duties and responsibilities will be to:

  • Provide full administrative support to the Private Client Services Manager to deal with ongoing and technical queries as and when they arise, working within the achievable deadlines set out
  • Deal with client queries including valuations, policy information and transfers and client invoicing and chasing aged debtors
The role is availabnle immediately and is offered on a full time office based basis. Interviews available now.
