PURPOSE OF ROLE
Process leads from SolutionsPT and Partner marketing Activities following the SolutionsPT lead management process.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITY OUTCOMES
Leads are distributed in time to the correct channel


KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:


  • Process leads from SolutionsPT and Partner marketing Activities following the SolutionsPT lead management process
  • Ensure leads are appropriately distributed to the sales channel and SDR
  • Follow up on progress with Sales and SDR leads to ensure that the leads are appropriately progressed
  • Ensure that SolutionsPT and Partner lead management systems are kept up to date with latest lead information
  • Manage telemarketing activities with the SDR supplying appropriate scripts, resources and prospecting lists
  • Assist with CRM data management tasks like data cleansing and updating as required
  • Ensure that SolutionsPT systems are appropriately used by SDR and Sales team
  • Identify improvements and implement improvements to the lead management process
  • Assist with the production of monthly reports
  • Assist SDR and sales teams with issues related to lead management

Qualifications

Specific Knowledge & Experience

  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in working with digital admin systems
  • Previous administration experience

  • Quick and keen learner with interest in the sector
  • Ability to quickly identify and understand the problem that needs solving
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt style for audience
  • Present information in a clear and logical way
  • Well organised with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising accordingly
