About Our Client:

My client are an education provider based in the North East.

The People Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Managing ER caseloads from start to finish
  • End to end recruitment processes including feedback after interviews
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system Support with HR projects and provide admin support as and where is needed

The Successful Applicant:


The successful People Advisor will have:

  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law
  • Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills Demonstrable experience in a similar role
