As a
Lead Talent Partner hand-picked for our client's individual business needs and embedded into their organisation, you will get to the root of challenges through close and collaborative relationships built for success.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to have a company-wide impact, be responsible for the _end-to-end recruitment process _and think creatively about how we hire top talent.
You will become a true partner to the client's internal talent team and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals.

You will have the chance to be involved in _employer and personal branding projects_ to provide top talent with a window into a company's world through corporate and personal channels.
The position will grow as our International Business Unit grows, so this is a chance to do some talent partnering directly with the Executive team of that business unit.

Experience Your Bring
- Wellversed in
hiring for Commercial and highly specialized Technical roles (e
g:
Automation Engineers, Scientists, Lab specialists, etc) across Europe:
5-8 years of experience (ideally with some in-house/internal/RPO exposure). People management experience is a big plus
Fluent in German and English:
- Data-driven hiring
- you use data to tell stories and influence decisions by creating compelling management information in areas such as; conversion ratios, time to hire, hiring forecasts, cost per hire, etc.
- Ability to create engaging content and wellthought Boolean searches
- Fast learner but not afraid to ask for help (we're a team)
- Excellent time management skills, especially when using an ATS
- Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders Based in Europe, ideally close to one of our head offices (Berlin & London)
Bonus:
- Experience in delivering client or team training
- Exposure to Neurodiversity / DIEB hiring
- A wizard with Excel
