**SERVICE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
SUNBURY**
SALARY £22,000 to £28,000

About the role:


Our client is looking for a Service Support Administrator who will be a central part of their small service team.

You will be the main point of contact, this will include managing existing and outbound lead generation for new business.

You will manage theadministration process and work alongside your colleagues.


Duties:


  • Manage inbound sales calls and website enquiries
  • Work alongside marketing and colleagues on direct campaigns to generate leads
  • Contact potential and existing customers to follow up or inform them about our services
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Prepare sales forecasts for Service Contract sales each month
  • Schedule and plan visits and coordinate diary management alongside your colleagues
  • Manage accommodation and travel arrangements as required
  • Raising service contract quotes using SAP
  • Process all service contract orders, send confirmation of orders
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) database and service management package (simPro) with notes, calendar entries, service opportunities, quotations, orders etc.
  • Make reasonable efforts to increase product knowledge and competitor products
  • Cover administrative duties of other Service team members and Sales Administration team when required such as:
  • Provide additional support for reactive breakdowns
  • Answer and field incoming service related telephone calls in a prompt, courteous manner directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking clear messages.
  • Supporting field sales reps with admin and support

Requirements:


  • Experience of business software is essential ideally SAP or similar, Salesforce or similar CRM software and simPro service management
  • Telesales experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service/telephone skills
  • Be results driven and enjoys working to targets
  • A cando attitude/ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to prioritise/work to deadlines with good organisational skills
  • Efficient and adaptable
  • Methodical approach and able to follow processes
  • Good allround administration ability
  • Accurate data entry/attention to detail
  • GCSE Maths and English
