About Our Client:

The client have been an industry leader in the North for over 20 years and specialise in manufacturing and production of plastic component products.
Key responsibilities will consist of:
- Handling customer complaints in collaboration with technical and quality control teams.
- Managing and revising customer price databases.
- Utilising computer systems extensively to process and modify orders from receipt through invoicing.
- Providing stock updates and proof of deliveries as needed.
- Coordinating cost recovery for obsolete stocks and labels.
- Promoting additional products and services in a welcoming showroom environment
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the industry's products and services.
- Provide ongoing support to the sales team.
- Utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
- A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.
