About Our Client:

The client have been an industry leader in the North for over 20 years and specialise in manufacturing and production of plastic component products.


Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Handling customer complaints in collaboration with technical and quality control teams.
  • Managing and revising customer price databases.
  • Utilising computer systems extensively to process and modify orders from receipt through invoicing.
  • Providing stock updates and proof of deliveries as needed.
  • Coordinating cost recovery for obsolete stocks and labels.
  • Promoting additional products and services in a welcoming showroom environment
  • Liaise with various internal departments to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the industry's products and services.
  • Provide ongoing support to the sales team.
  • Utilise CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Sales Coordinator should have:

  • A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing.
