About The Job:


We are seeking a Grinder to set, programme, edit, operate and run a range of CNC and Manual Grinding machines.


You will be responsible for carrying out programming and editing functions to product high quality components to drawing specifications and quality, you will establish best machining methods when required.

You will create and save a comprehensive set up procedure document for work undertaken. As well as storing and maintaining all tooling/gauging linked to the process.

In this role, you will be working in a machine shop environment.


About You:

We are seeking an individual who has a mechanical or engineering background having undertaken an apprenticeship.


Having knowledge of CNC Grinding or manual grinding is essential along with knowledge of operating, setting and programming CNC Grinding machines.

The ability to understand engineering drawings and tolerances is a must.


Having a minimum of 5 years on the job experience within a Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace background is desirable as well is working in small batches and short lead times.

The ability to work under pressure is essential in this role.
