Trainee Research Administrators are required for a growing, well-known London company who trace missing and unknown beneficiaries to unclaimed estates
You will support the research team within your allocated department, as directed by your Line Manager or Senior Management, in a timely and professional manner.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective and efficient admin service is provided to the team
- Research records, both inhouse and externally as referred to you by case managers
- Assist and support case managers with general admin tasks
- Pick up and take post when required
- Ensure that the preparation of marketing packs is ongoing
- Prepare and serve refreshments such as tea and coffee for staff and guests
- Undertake training and development as specified by your Line Manager
- Undertake any other additional duties appropriate to the post

- Research skills (can be gained from education)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Methodical approach
- Problem solving skills and the ability to respond to sudden unexpected demands

- Ability to cope under pressure

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£10,500.00-£19,750.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
