• Day Shift (AM Shift / Back Shift)
• Flexible hours to fit the requirements of the home and the needs of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Engaging in and facilitating social and recreational activities for residents.
• Keeping thorough and timely records of residents' care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive optimal care.
• Contributing to the cleanliness and maintenance of the care home environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred but not mandatory, comprehensive training provided.
• Team player with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of residents and the home.
