    Your New Role

    A Product Analyst is required to join the Investment Systems Technology group, supporting the success of the business by working closely with key stakeholders and customers to tailor technology solutions to meet specific needs.

    The Product Analyst will integrate technology solutions from delivery portfolios across the business for the delivery of Investment technology solutions and services. Aligning technology strategy, policies, and standards with current and future requirements.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Provide SME expertise for systems such as Figaro, Portfolio Review, and BITA Risk to ensure effective operation.
    • Support and configure system functionality, provide system design, assist with user-testing, and document business processes and procedures.

    Requirements

    The ideal candidate will have experience gained in a similar role, ideally having worked in a Business Analysis or Product Owner capacity.

    Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to translate technical and complex challenges into clear updates, issues, and/or risks for senior stakeholders are essential.

    Demonstrable good knowledge of technology, specifically strong knowledge of Figaro and/or Avaloque, and good knowledge of the Wealth Management industry are also requirements.
