Description
The Heathfield & Firs surgery are looking for a part-time Hatch Assistant to work within our dispensing team.


Duties will include:

  • Answering general enquiries via face to face and by telephone.
  • Dealing with general dispensing enquiries.
  • Liaising with GP's.
  • Organising completed medication requests.
  • Cashing up.
  • Documenting patient prescriptions for local chemists.

Essential requirements:

  • Great customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Team player.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Flexible.

Important skills, but not necessary:

  • Knowledge of NHS system software.
  • Excel spreadsheets.
Pay is £NMW which is due to increase as of April 1st


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£9.50 per hour
