Our client is an established Asset Manager looking to hire a Team Assistant to join their London team.

This is an amazing opportunity to establish a career within the financial sector whilst learning from the best of the best.

They are looking for a switched-on, detailed orientated Team Assistant that is eager to roll up their sleeves and hit the ground running.


WHAT YOU WILL DO
As the Team Assistant you will work supporting a different Senior Managers within a client facing area of the business This is a varied role with opportunities to really get involved

  • Diary management
  • Event management room bookings, catering, and logistics for large conferences, roadshows, etc.
  • Travel coordination flights, visas, accommodation, and itineraries


  • Document production

  • Presentations, reports.
  • Answering and screening phone calls
  • Adhoc support when required on various projects with both marketing and HR
  • Holiday cover

WHO YOU ARE
The Team Assistant will need to be a confident and organised individual with great multi-tasking abilities.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking for the next step in their career and has a keen interest in the financial industry.


  • 23 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate environment
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite in a professional environment
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally and with discretion
