Welcome Call Advisors - Outbound Customer Service

Location:
Sheffield (S11)


Salary:
£21,673 per year, rising to £23,000


Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm. No weekends


Start date:
Monday 11th September.


We are looking to speak to dedicated, customer-focused individuals to join our client, a leading contact centre in the heart of Sheffield.


In this role as an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll will be working on behalf of one of the UK's largest casino and bingo brands.

You will be conducting Welcome Calls - calling existing customers regarding their online services.


Your role will include:


  • Contacting customers who have registered an account on the digital platform but have not yet deposited. You will be responsible for contacting the customer as a Welcome Call to offer support and guidance to the customer. An example of this may be the customer forgetting their password postregistration.
  • Contacting lapsed customers who have selfexcluded to ask a series of questions and capture data.
  • Our client is fully compliant in line with Safer Gambling legislation, the aim of this campaign is to welcome new customers and offer guidance as they join the digital platform._

To be successful, you'll need to be:

  • Someone with previous contact centre or customer service experience
  • An excellent communicator
  • Friendly and enthusiastic about your brand
  • Able to hold a conversation will customers from all ages and backgrounds
  • A great listener, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to easily build rapport with customers over the phone
  • Friendly, confident and positive in your approach to challenges
  • Driven to deliver topquality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
