Position Overview:


The Executive Search Intern at Foster Lawson will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the identification and recruitment of top-tier talent for key positions within our organisation.

This placement year opportunity provides hands-on experience in executive search, allowing the intern to play a vital role in shaping our company's future leadership.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in crafting compelling job descriptions and marketing materials to attract highcaliber talent.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Executive Search team as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for talent acquisition and a desire to learn about executive search processes.
