Description
Job Role - Administrative Assistant responsibilities preparing reports, and maintaining appropriate filing systems.Excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organise their work using tools, like MS Office ( MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentationetc).
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports/Dashboards on Salesforce and Microsoft excel.Partner with relevant stakeholders to drive organisation initiatives with respect to automation.
Identify the issues / concerns that need to be resolved.
Document the responses received in prescribed format.
Handles multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Gather business requirements from a diverse number of users and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
