Summary


We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator, to work from our high performing National Distribution Center in Brackmills Northampton.

We are looking for a Customer service coordinator to join the Northampton. You will be managing orders for hospitals, manage any customer complaints, but also build strong relationships within the company.

Working hours are 8:30-4:30, then 9:30-17:30 Monday's to Thursdays (on weekly rotation) and 9:00-5:00 on Friday's


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • To manage the processing of customer orders for hospitals
  • To manage customer queries and complaints ensuring a winwin solution for Baxter and the customer
  • To create lateral relationships with other departments to support product distribution
  • To enhance the reputation of customer services and positively promote the image of Baxter
  • To contribute to the evolution of the department by providing feedback and taking action to improve
  • To positively contribute to the delivery of service excellence to Baxter's customers and patients

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSE Level Standard
  • Experience of working in a challenging, fast passed and servicedriven environment
