Description
- actively working with senior leadership on ER matters, such as increasing employee engagement, decrease attrition and absence rates.
- offering thorough generalist HR advice to all staff and line managers.
- supporting the recruitment team with all recruitment matters.


Profile
- prior experience within an HR role in the Education sector.
- comprehensive experience with dealing with ER matters, such as grievances, appeals etc.
- knowledge of DBS and vetting procedures within the education sector.
