Leading insurer seeking a Nearly/Newly Qualified Actuary to join their Origination team and price bulk annuity transactions | Central London | Hybrid working model (flexible) | Competitive salary, generous bonus, and comprehensive benefits package**Oliver James is pleased to be working with an esteemed London insurer, seeking a Qualified Actuary from a Pensions background to join their Origination team.

Within this role you, will be responsible for overseeing the marketing and origination of new bulk annuity opportunities, pricing and structuring of bulk annuity transactions, and managing negotiations with the trustee/company through their advisers.

You will be a Qualified Actuary (FIA) with strong knowledge of DB pension schemes, and ideally experience of or familiarity with the bulk annuity market and products (those nearly qualified or awaiting qualified status will be considered).

This year is forecast to be one of the biggest on record for bulk annuities and longevity swaps, making it a great time to transition from pensions into insurance.
