Job Introduction

An exciting, challenging and rewarding opportunity has arisen to join the Inclusion and Special Educational Needs and Disability (ISEND) Service within East Sussex.


We are looking for a dynamic and innovative individual to support a variety of project strands for digital and print communications.

This will include coordinating the administration of our social media channels and marketing communications.

You will develop digital content such as newsletters, surveys, and also assist with the regular creation of design and video work for our services.


We are looking for someone who will be highly motivated, have an excellent eye of detail, is able to work collaboratively with staff, managers and key stakeholders and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, as well as the ability to work independently in a hybrid office and home working environment.

You will be a key and integral part of a hardworking and highly effective team within ISEND.


You will be highly effective at establishing working relationships with partners and promoting the work of ISEND to parents/carers, service users and the wider public.


You will be passionate in facilitating advice and support across all forms of engagement from developing and administering creative ideas, to editing and writing; from supporting the creation of content for internet, intranet and social media to identifying audiences and tracking and evaluating the impact of communications.


The support you provide will be instrumental in our ability to deliver our vision of relentlessly pursuing positive outcomes for children and young people and enabling them to thrive in their local community.
