Financial Controller
Location - Kendal
Salary - £52,000 DOE
Simpson Judge are working with a rapidly engineering services firm, with offices based in Kendal. Reporting to a Finance Director, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious finance professional.

Responsibilities:

To actively promote the policies and strategies agreed upon by the senior team and behave with professional integrity in how these are conveyed to internal and external contacts.
To develop with P&L owners costeffective plans that key into, and support agreed TEAM business objectives to ensure stability, growth, and flexibility in an everchanging environment.
Analyse and review corporate accounting & finance operating performance, as compared to approved operating budgets and forecasts.
To ensure compliance with local and US statutory requirements and provide monthly management accounts for the parent company.
Management of the UK and Middle East payroll team.
Support preparing presentations, including Executive Leadership Team material.
Responsible for timely and accurate internal and external company tax compliance and reporting.
To have overall responsibility on all matters connected to SOX compliance relating to financial reporting and financial record keeping including processes and procedures in line with TEAM Corporate's requirements.
Participating in the internal forecasting and budgeting requirements.
Actively promote the Core Values within all workbased activities.
