We are offering the role on either a contract or permanent basis.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting Project Managers and Senior Team Leaders in Project Administration
- Understanding and participating in work scope planning
- Maintaining project personnel data including;
- Qualifications, Experience, Certifications & Authorisations
- Holidays and whereabouts recording
- Project organisation charts & responsibilities matrices
- Coordinate personnel
- Timesheet collation and timewriting for invoicing
- Issuance of RAMS and Project related documentation
- Collate Weekly reports
- Input to project quality management documentation
- Enter and track requisitions & liaise with procurement department / leads
- Understand the commercial structure of assigned contracts
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- IT Skills including
- MS Office
- Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
- SAP experience
- Internal CMS/BMS management systems
- Experience within oil/gas, utilities or similar highly regulated industries
- Experience in fastpaced work environment within a similar role
- A highly personable, selfstarter and team player, with excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness, able to build relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and to a deadline, problem solver
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Confident and assertive able to act decisively and autonomously to deliver as required
- The potential and drive to advance/progress to a higher level of positions
