Grove Site Services are looking for a Groundworks working Foreman to work with one of reputable civil contractors with the Chichester area

Role Description:

We are looking for 2 SSSTS Working Foreman to be responsible for the day-to-day management of small contracts, running a 2-3-person gang on contracts within a 40-mile radius of the Chichester postcode.

The position will include coordinating with the principal contractor, ensuring all works are to client design and specification and reporting and problems to the project manager.

This is a hands-on position leading small, experienced teams on various contracts. Knowledge of ordering plant and materials and controlling costs on site is crucial.

Excellent rate of pay and the opportunity to progress within the company will be offered to the successful applicant. (Travel cost will be paid both ways - Fuel card supplied)

Skills Required:

10 years Groundwork experience in a variety of skills, including excavation works, drainage, finishing and surfacing.
