Transport/l&d Administrator - Harrow, United Kingdom - Driver Hire London West
Description
Driver Hire London West is looking for aTransport/L&D Administrator to join our client permanently on a part-time basis.
They are innovative, specialist, multi-disciplinary support provider based in Harrow supporting those with learningdisabilities, autism, behavioural, emotional and social needs and other complex support requirements.
Reporting to the Transport/L&D Manager, you will be responsible for administration tasks relating to the company's transport services and learning & development.
Hours:25-30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the transport team and the L&D dept
- To process transport bookings as per agreed contracts
- Record daily statistical information such as service quality, complaints
- To monitor services and report any issues accordingly
- Liaise with the transport Manager to ensure ongoing service is maintained and to address any issues/complaints
- Liaise with social workers regarding referrals and plan bookings; with their schools, day centres and R&R as well as other organisations to ensure that uptodate information is provided and sought from them regarding transport needs
- Create/update/revise forms/letters/log sheets for where required
- Organise and book MiDAS training when required
- Send out training reports to all Service Managers on a Monthly basis
- Keep the classroom training matrix up to date as and when classroom training occurs.
About you:
