We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator, to fulfill order processing and support the sales team with bids and forecasting.


  • Process all sales orders and adminstration tasks around licencing and customer orders.
  • Provide administrative support for the field sales team.
  • Prepare, raise, provide, and chase customer quotations including working with support and international colleagues.
  • Act as the first point of contact for COPA-DATA UK customers.
  • Provide excellent telephonebased customer service, establish requirements and forward to the most appropriate person within the team.
  • Advise customers on licensing options.
  • Ensure that all opportunities are detailed and updated, with relevant notes and correspondence, within the company CRM. That they are correctly categorised based on the relevant stage of the sales process and accurately forecast for closure.
  • Proactively manage the company CRM to ensure the best information is available.
  • Fully and enthusiastically participate in Sales Meetings to develop and share best practices.
  • Effectively communicate with members of the field sales team and sales support to ensure a good understanding of area forecast and activity.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
