Support Analyst / Helpdesk - Financial Services

A leading Financial Services Consultancy who advises large UK Corporates on a range of pension, investment, energy and health Strategy & analytics are looking for someone to join their Pensions Systems Support Team.

The team provides vital technical support,project implementation and upgrades to a large pensions administration team who manage pension schemes on behalf of some of the largest UK companies, local authorities and charities.

Key duties include Preparing data for bulk updates

Providing technical user support, resolving queries, and helping solve problems.
Take part in project work, including systems migration, cloud upgrades.
Prepare and load documents onto the website.
Conducting MI analysis and reports.
Run system tests
Improve technical knowledge and legislation such as GDPR.
