Bristol Childcare is an established family-run business with three nurseries across Bristol. We care for our staff so that they can care for the children.

Mornington House is a small and friendly nursery that has been established since 1971. We have a low staff turnover and it's a wonderfully nurturing place to work. We are recruiting to enable us to grow due to demand for places.

THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team in our busy and thriving, but homely, nursery.

Our team is experienced and this will be an excellent role for someone to work in while studying towards their Level 3 childcare qualification (which we can support).

You will work with the children as part of a team setting up an engaging environment; responding to the children's needs; working with families as a Key Person and observing, assessing and supporting each child's development "in the moment".

YOU WILL NEED
A sense of fun and a love of working with children.

Good communication skills with children, parents and colleagues, and the ability to work in a busy environment.

The successful applicants will also actively promote and support the safeguarding of children and young people in the workplace, ensuring nursery policies and procedures are observed at all times.

WE OFFER

Excellent rates of pay and contributory pension all our staff are paid above the minimum wage.
Paid lunchbreak and uniform provided.
Up to 28 days' holiday entitlement including bank holidays (increasing to 31 after 2 years).
