Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others and have strong communication skills.


Duties:


  • Communicate with customers via various face to face channels to address their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
  • Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products
  • Upsell additional products or services to customers when applicable
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of customer information and interactions into the system
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all time
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues
  • Assist with customer retention efforts by providing exceptional service

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Experience with upselling or crossselling products is a plus
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
From £25,494.56 per year
