My client, based in Swinton are going through an extremely exciting growth period and are looking for a Data Input Administrator to join their busy Administration Team on a permanent basis.
This role will involve delivering an excellent level of quality data input for their client portfolio.You will be working as part of a down to earth and friendly team. This is a full-time (40 hour week) opportunity, and will be full-time office based.
They will suit someone with at least one years' experience in data entry/administrative roles that require high levels of attention to detail and who are used to working within fast-paced and deadline driven environments.
Duties will include:
- Receiving paperwork in and completing high volumes of open Sales Orders, ensuring accuracy and speed when transferring the data from the paperwork to the internal system
- Communicating and handling any queries with the data set or paperwork you are working from, including confidence in escalating both internally and externally
- Assisting with closing off both weeks and month end to meet both external and internal deadlines, including contacting contractors to chase up any missing information ensuring KPIs are successfully met at all times
- As required other administrative tasks
Person Specification:
- Experience working within a deadline driven administration role required
- Ability to work under pressure
- Confident working within a team, and independently
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Communication skills are key, must be experienced and confident with both written and telephone communication

We work with clients across the United Kingdom, from our offices in London and Manchester, as well as servicing international and remote roles._
Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
