We have a truly exciting opportunity for an accounts assistant/administrator to join East Anglia's leading specialists in heating and cooling systems.

MAAC Heating and Cooling are based on the outskirts of Norwich and specialise in the installation of Air Conditioning and Air Source Heat Pump systems for the domestic and commercial sectors, mainly in East Anglia.

We would like to welcome an Accounts assistant/ Administrator to join our committed, friendly, successful and forward thinking team


Main responsibilities will include:

  • All sales invoices to clients via Xero/Service M
  • Keeping client records up to date in Xero
  • Dealing with relevant phone call enquiries
  • Creating monthly targets for invoicing and forecasting
  • Compiling/ sending out installation/commissioning packs to the client
  • Heading up weekly project meetings
  • Submitting labour credits for warranty work carried out
  • Analysing project performance financials
  • Issuing all maintenance quotes for new and existing clients
  • Booking in all maintenance appointments for clients and scheduling for engineers using Service M
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to be firm when required
  • Have excellent administration and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Be an organised individual who can manage time
  • Be professional, trustworthy, courteous and reliable
  • Enjoy working within a team, but also independently
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Salary £2326,000 per annum
  • Monday to Friday hours per week (preferred 9am to 5pm some flexibility, to be discussed)
