WAREHOUSE & LOGISITCS MANAGER 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

£45,000.00 p.a.

Duties/Responsibilities

Warehouse and Inventory Management:

Management of 2 Warehouse Operatives:
Training, Development, Introduce KPI's, Performance, Health & Safety
Regular Review of Safety Stock Levels for items stored in the warehouse, and the most efficient reorder point.
Work in Collaboration with Operations Manager
Weekly/Monthly Reporting
Responsible for internal sales orders, efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of products and consumables
Ongoing review and optimizing picking/packing/palleting and goods in receipt, transfers and related processes
Responsible for correct storage, accurate record keeping, prevention of losses and damages
Stock control/stock audits
Anaylse and improve warehouse functions

Logistics

Responsible for Shipments from UK Warehouse
Management of transport costs. Development and maintenance of freight line and associated cost matrix
Responsible for accurate and compliant shipping documentation Import/Export paperwork (ATACarnet, COO, Export/Import Licenses, Custom Tariff), Customs Documents
Advise on Shipment requirements for new products or destination and the shipping paper work required
