Are you looking for a Part Time Purchase Ledger role? Could you commit to a 12 month fixed term role to cover maternity?
Would you like to work for a company close to Walkden town centre that is incredibly successful and continues to expand?
We are looking to recruit a bubbly, outgoing, committed and experienced Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join an amazng team for a healthcare client in Walkden.
Along with a salary of £14,400 for 22.5 hours (£24,000 pro rata) they offer benefits such as free parking, overtime and pension
What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger Assistant?
- Processing purchase ledger transactions
- Ensuring scanned images are linked to the processed transactions
- Creating and uploading journals
- Arranging payment of invoices
- Processing expenses
- Updating and allocating the daily banking entries
- General housekeeping and maintenance of Aged Creditors report
- Supplier statement reconciliations, requesting any unprocessed items
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience, ether as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant
- Accurate data inputting skills
- Comfortable with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience using Sage would be beneficial but not essential
- A good attention to detail is essential
- A team player who is willing to help others
- Able to commit a 12 month maternity contract
- Able to commit to a 22.5 hour week on an ongoing basis

- A salary of £14,400 for 22.5 hours (pro rata £24,000)
