A General Manager is required for this busy bar and restaurant in central Birmingham. As well as the impressive fresh food menu the venue also has an extensive cocktail menu.

This place is busy all year round and are looking for a General Manager who can leadand inspire the friendly front-of-house team.

As General Manager you will:

Have experience working in a similar position within a highquality bar or restaurant
You will oversee the running of the food and beverage service therefore a strong background in food and beverage operations is essential
Have a passion for Cocktail's
Have a calm and measured approach to confidently deliver a firstclass food offering
Financial acumen
Be willing to role up your sleeves to ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards
