- Install, commission, service, and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems in line with industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
- Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently to ensure minimal downtime.
- Complete all relevant documentation accurately, including service reports and compliance paperwork.
- Work to NSI and BAFE standards, ensuring all work meets regulatory and company requirements.
- Liaise professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
- Participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 emergency response cover.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed on all sites.
- Proven experience as a Fire & Security Engineer (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of systems such as Advanced, Kentec, Gent, Apollo, Hikvision, Texecom, and Paxton.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Relevant industry qualifications (FIA units, City & Guilds, BAFE, etc.).
- ECS/CSCS card.
- Experience working within commercial, industrial, and public sector environments.
