Sales Negotiator to join our team in Writtle, one of our leading village offices.

Salary & Benefits

_ £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, OTE.

Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
  • Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
  • Sales progression
  • Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.

Essential Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a sales role preferable but not essential
  • Previous experience in a fastpaced customerfocused environment is essential
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Selfmotivated and target driven
  • Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
  • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills.
