What We Offer:

• Salary of between £23,000 and £29,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

• Hours of work: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

The Role:

As our Lawn Operative, you will be responsible for delivering a high level of professional service to customers across your treatment area.

Building relationships with our customers is essential.

You will attend customer lawns to administer the lawn treatment and talk to them on every visit, offering expert advice on any additional products and services which may be required.

Helping us and the customer build lawns that they love.


Do you:

• Have excellent communication and customer facing skills?
• Have a passion for gardening, landscaping, lawn care?
• Want a job where you can work independently, outside and keep active?
• Have full, clean UK driving licence for manual vehicles
• Have confidence in chatting to customers
• Effective written and verbal communication and able to deliver top quality customer service
• Able to work unsupervised, outside and across all seasons.
• Be comfortable working in a role involving manual handling of and working with machinery
• Reliable and flexible
• High level of attention to detail
• Be presentable and friendly and a team player
• Excellent organisation and timekeeping skills
• Must be able to pass criminal records check and have the right to work in the UK
