Our client is looking to grow their recruitment team due to a high number of internal vacancies they are working on.

They are predominantly within the industry and have seen a massive increase in internal vacancies.


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Taking accurate messages and passing them on to the relevant individual (as per the message template)
  • General administration: uploading information, filing, scanning and photocopying
  • Carrying out post runs
  • Client requirements and rostering as and when required
  • Supporting with the duties of all Departments as and when required
  • Undertaking any duties or responsibilities as required
  • Timesheets.
