The Global Benefits Associate Consultant will be focussed on working with Aon colleagues providing consulting advice to clients on the benefits for their Globally Mobile workforce, with the key focus on the placement of International Healthcare, Group Risk, Business Travel Accident and Global Employee Assistance programmes.
This is a hybrid role giving you the flexibility to work from home and from one of our offices in the UK.

What the day will look likeNo two days will be the same. The world we work in is ever changing whether it be client needs, regulation, legislation, or carrier propositions.
You will play an important role in supporting the ongoing development and placement of a Consultants' portfolio of small to mid
- sized and large corporate clients
This will include:
Supporting Consultant and/or Principal with the management of SME and larger strategic accounts and on bespoke projects to address requirements including employee benefit audits, benchmarking, funding and financing.
Attend regular client meetings and actively contribute through preparation of materials, taking meeting minutes and managing action logs and renewal trackers
Take ownership of all administrative tasks related to client work and be the first point of contact for clients and insurers
Stay up to date on general market developments and help senior colleagues ensure clients and prospects are aware of employee benefits issues likely to impact them globally
Work towards taking on your own portfolio to grow and develop How this opportunity is different

Skills and experience that will lead to successHigh level of drive, enthusiasm, and resilience with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a busy workload
A client focused mind-set
Experience within the International Employee Benefits arena would be desirable, but not essential
Excellent interpersonal skills - able to communicate well across organisational levels
Excellent written and report writing skills and an engaging verbal communication style.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, able to interpret data, a full knowledge of all Microsoft packages mainly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
