Wholesale and Warehouse
Our Wholesale & Warehouse department manages all aspects of storage and stock management, as well as incoming and outgoing deliveries.
As a Warehouse Operative your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to:
- Maintain your training record and ensure training for your job role is complete as identified on the training matrix.
- Ensure any proposed changed to GDP systems have been approved via the change control procedure before any changes are made.
- Identify any deviations from approved procedures, inform QA and complete within the specified timeframe.
- Complete any CAPA assigned to you within the specified timeframe.
- Completing and correcting GDP documents as per procedure to maintain data integrity and work within accordance with GDP standards.
- Perform 'Goodsout' procedure in response to customer orders ensuring that all required product checks are performed, and the correct documentation is enclosed.
- Pick products as listed on the picking list, according to FEFO principles and checking the condition, description, quantities, and expiry date of products picked.
- Pack products safely and securely ensuring boxes and/or pallets are labelled with storage and handling conditions as appropriate.
- Book stock out of the inventory on the ERP system once ready for delivery.
- Delivering Customer orders and collecting stock from suppliers whilst ensuring that products are handled and stored according to GDP during transit.
- Perform regular stock checks and identify and report stock discrepancies.

- Ensure the work you do is of a high standard and that Group procedures and policies are followed.
- Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting the Group in a positive way with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards.
- Always maintain confidentiality and security.
Skills and Attributes Required- The ability to work methodically, quickly, accurately, and safely.
- The ability to work as part of a team but also on your own initiative.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- IT Literate.
- Forklift license (desirable).
- Experience with stock management software (desirable).
- Experience working in a regulated environment (desirable).
