Your role:
As our Creative Producer you will liaise with the Story & IP Team for creative direction and the Channels Team on strategic and content management objectives.
With this direction, as the Creative Producer you will manage the daily review and approvals of content from internal and external production teams, from pre-production to production.
This role will work closely with the General Manager of Animation and the SVP Showrunner; marrying the brand, commercial and distribution needs with the artistic vision.
They will also be the point person for external studios and suppliers, so a good network of contacts is a plus.
This person will work closely with the writers, designers, production managers, and Unity developers to regularly deliver content for multiple IPs.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with production teams to manage all creative aspects of the production process, from preproduction to postproduction
- Partner with General Manager and Producers to develop and implement production plans, budgets, and schedules
- Collaborate with writers, directors, animators, and other production personnel to ensure the successful completion of animated projects
- Manage the review of storyboards, animatics, and other preproduction materials
- Manage the review of the sound and music composition of the production, source and work with freelancer VO artists
- Monitor production progress, ensuring that projects meet deadlines and remain within budget
- Provide creative direction and feedback to animators and other creative personnel
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns for released projects
- Negotiate contracts and secure rights for animation projects
- Develop relationships with stakeholders in business units including Marketing and Sales
What you add to our crew:
- Passion for animation and character-driven storytelling
- A minimum of 4 years experience in animation production
- Proven track record of delivering highquality animated projects ontime and onbudget
- Extensive knowledge of the YouTube platform and the ability to work with YouTube's creator tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills
- Skilled at receiving creative direction and interpreting into actionable tasks for production team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, enjoys both
- A deep understanding of the YouTube platform and analytics
