About the role
We are looking to recruit an Office Coordinator & Procurement Assistant to join the BayWa re. Operations Services Ltd team and support the delivery of services supplied to solar and wind farms in the UK. Based in Milton Keynes with 2-3 days in the office. This is a fixed term contract role, for approximately 12 months.

What You Will Do

  • Overall organisation and supervision of all administrative activities to facilitate the smooth and efficient running of the office.
  • Greet and host visitors, distribute incoming mail to relevant departments, post office runs and packaging and arranging parcels for courier collection.
  • Book staff travel and accommodation on request, ensuring that logs are kept.
  • Organise the supply and support with set up of all new starter IT equipment whilst liaising with other departments to ensure all required items are supplied.
  • Ordering IT consumables and equipment and organisation of IT repairs.
  • Supporting business with online orders.
  • Support coordination and initial review of approved supplier documentation.
  • Support Procurement assistant with fleet management tracking.
  • Providing administration and procurement support to other departments and various ad hoc duties where required.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
